We reduced these barriers by providing you a streamlined, early triage hotline to directly consult with a health professional to determine your best path forward.

After completing some brief intake forms online, you can schedule a consultation with a Prevention and Health Promotion Therapist. You can choose to engage via video, phone call or text.  The consultation should last approximately 15 minutes.  You will finish the consultation with greater clarity on your issue and with next steps for the best path forward to navigate towards health.

CALL CENTER

Call with any health issue and you will have a health professional triage your issue and provide recommendations.
  1. Pain Triage  These consults are meant to triage the individual and provide recommendations to help immediately mitigate pain and manage the issue going forward.

  2. Referral Network-  If necessary, you will be referred to the appropriate medical professional. 

COACHING

These sessions can be used to address any aspect of pain and well-being- such as developing an exercise program, advising on sleep issues, nutrition or stress management.  All of our therapists are trained in mental health first aid.   Referrals are made whenever necessary.

Monitoring

We utilize this as a way to engage employees and improve their health awareness by using Garmin wearable technology.  We essentially put a “health provider on the wrist” of your employees to remotely monitor their health metrics and communicate when their data strays from their norm, allowing for a new health issue to be addressed as quickly as possible.

Education

A health education series that includes infographics, blog posts, and short videos to promote easy to follow and evidence-based wellness strategies and ways to reduce the risk of injury or pain.
